Not every project involves extensive work. Espaço Libris develops solutions tailored to the size of the space and the scale of work required, whether for a single room or an entire home. The first contact lets us understand your case with no obligation.

You do not need to have everything worked out from the start. The first contact is there to clarify your goals, needs and options. From that conversation, a structured starting point is established.

Getting in touch is simply a chance to answer your questions and assess feasibility. The decision to go ahead always rests with the client, once they have seen the proposal and its scope.

Once you have sent the form, our team will get in touch to understand the type of space, the scale of work you have in mind and the goals of the project. This first conversation allows us to frame your needs before presenting any proposal.

The first introductory meeting is intended to clarify the scope of the project and does not involve any immediate commitment. Fees are only set out after the specific case has been assessed.

You can request a proposal for a single room, such as a living room, bedroom or office, or for a wider project. The initial contact allows the scope to be clearly defined.

The budget can be set right from the outset. This information guides the choice of materials and furniture and the scale of the work, ensuring realistic decisions in proportion to the investment available.

The investment is scoped once we have assessed the space, the scale of the work and the level of detail required. Every project is evaluated individually, with a proposal tailored to the scope agreed at the initial stage.

The financial scope is set out clearly before the project begins. Wherever applicable, costs are itemised by stage or service to ensure complete transparency.

In some cases, the project can be developed in stages, allowing it to be implemented gradually according to your priorities and available budget.

The process is collaborative. Proposals are presented for approval before any work is carried out, so materials, layout or solutions can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

Once the scope of the project has been defined, a schedule is drawn up to suit the type of work. Ongoing supervision keeps expectations aligned regarding timescales and the different stages of the process.

Espaço Libris works closely with specialist partners and suppliers to ensure complete harmony between concept, production and execution.

Services can be commissioned on a standalone basis, such as a lighting study, soft furnishings or a 3D project, or as part of a complete project.

As well as individual services, we can develop integrated projects that include design, bespoke furniture, textiles and supervision right through to completion.

Espaço Libris has premises in Lisbon and Leiria, but considers projects in other locations, depending on the type and scale of the work.

Meetings can be arranged at the Espaço Libris premises in Lisbon or Leiria, by prior appointment.
